Elisabeth Millenet, owner
of Victoria's Catering and
Deli, is a chef and has been in the food service
business for over 40 years. She was European trained with an
apprenticeship and experience at several European hotels.
Elisabeth's credo is to
"spoil every customer". Elisabeth is also the owner of the
Bistro (opens in new browser window) which has provided fine
dining in Pueblo at 126 S. Union since 2004.
Naomi Edgecomb is a partner in Victoria's Catering and
Deli. She is also a
chef and has been in the food service business since the age of
eleven. She has worked around the nation and has trained with top
chefs. Naomi takes pride in
handcrafted goods and the use of local growers when possible.
Naomi's credo is to
"serve the best tasting, scratch-made food that the customer
has ever experienced."
